It's been a long time.....

Hey Everyone,
Been a little while since I have been on...it is just a little hectic in my world lately...and with being sick, things can get even worse! I am doing ok, just found out I might have Lupus, not what I wanted to hear, but what can you do, except it ..keep going. My jewelry has been keeping my mind off of it until I can see the doctor and really get a plan of action in play. In the meantime, I am just working on my new and beautiful things for the upcoming year. I have some fantastic ideas, and I am looking forward to showing my newer stuff off. In the next few days, I will be putting up some last minute pieces up for sale, if interested, email me and I can ship out the same day...I know Christmas is fastly approaching! I hope all is well with everyone, and that 2012 is a much better year, I think I need a little sunshine in my life...and I am hoping that this will be my year for good things!!!! Keep looking on here and my facebook JosiesJewels fan page..pics will be up on both, and more sale items in the next few weeks as well.

Busy Week ahead !!!!!!!

The start of the work week is looking like fun...I am doing a vendor Mall show tomorrow night,Monday, 11/7 at Brunswick Zone in Featerville, PA, from 6-8 pm...a great variety of vendors to shop with, great new jewels for the palatte!!! Tuesday night is my kinda night..Margaritas and Holiday shopping from 7 to 10 pm at Las Margaritas restaurant in Southampton,PA...awesome vendors there too, all kinds of margaritas and appetizers too, will be a great night of shopping! I love meeting new clients and having them enjoy my creations! Check out my new goodies and book a home show before the holidays!!!

Snow this weekend???????!!!!!!!

Apparently, Mother Nature has more than a sense of humor lately...snow before Halloween is just crazy, but it does not stop me from beading my heart out! I have a great view of the back yard from my studio office, so bring it on girlfriend!!!! I am so ready!!!! In the meantime, check out some of my new pieces...my mind has been working on overload..next weekend is the start of 5 weeks of craziness, shows, festivals and whatever else my schedule allows! Butterflies

Today was a great day at my craft show, met alot of great people,saw old friends...I have several showscoming up,and making some really great things for them...I will post pics and I am so excited for everyone to see my new stuff. Coming home this afternoon after my show, a butterfly in beautiful gold,orange and yellow crossed our Jeep in the driveway, I know it is my Mom, she would be happy that I am working hard on my dream....I miss her so very much...kisses to you Mom,and my love forever...

Welcome Busy October!!!!!

Already shaping up to be a crazy month, but I have to say I love the Fall, and I love October! Halloween is still my favorite holiday...brings me back to when I was a kid, my brother and I loved watching Halloween the movie,,no matter how cheesy it is to this day..it now takes on a whole new memory since my brother is gone...sometimes bittersweet to think that after 2 years,I still talk to him everyday like he is sitting in front of me..but I am stronger than I know, and I keep going regardless, life needs to be lived, even when those we love leave us suddenly...anyway, several shows coming up...working on my Etsy shop...I still post pics for sale on my facebook fan page Josie's Jewels...any questions or if you want something custom..email me!!! ogz426@hotmail.com I will be working like a crazy woman the next few months..but I love this so much..it makes it worth it to me!!!!!

Snipes Pet Fair tomorrow!!!!

Hi Everyone!!!

I have been a little busy getting ready for upcoming shows...it's a hectic time of year...anyway, tomorrow I will be at Snipes Farm for the Pet Fair... the fair is from 11am to 4 pm. Snipes is located at 890 West Bridge Street, Morrisville, PA..check out their website at snipesfarm.org... I will be selling all of my newest jewelry, as well as some PAWS jewelry, for the animal lovers out there...it is going to be a great day weather-wise and there will be alot of fun activities planned as well. A pet parade is planned,there will be other vendors there, apple and pumpkin picking and several shows and demos as well...a great time for the family to hang out and enjoy this great weekend!

Welcome September!!!!!!

Wow! Where does the time go? One minute it is the beginning of the Summer ,and  next we are celebrating the Labor day holiday! I am excited, because Fall is my favorite time of the year,I love the colors and the crisp cool air..it makes me feel so good! I have been so busy with getting ready for the crazy Fall/holiday show schedule...so looking forward to meeting great people and seeing some of my old friends from the vendor circuit...I will be posting my September vendor show schedule tomorrow with info in case you want to stop by and see my new creations!!!! I will be doing special order jewelry for the holidays, including mother bracelets and awareness jewelry!

Happy birthday Mom!!!!

Today is my mom's birthday, she would have been 63 today...She left us too soon on April 27,2011. She fought for years with heart issues and strokes, but was determined to live a normal life, unfortunately, it was just not meant to be. I miss all of her great conversations,advice and her craziness, she was truly unique in every way, she made me promise that I would promote myself, show the world my talents and never forgot who I was, I so miss her and wish she was here to see all that is happening in our family. I am sure she is watching over us, but it is not the same thing...I love you Mom, I will carry your love, craziness and beauty in my heart and soul forever....

Getting ready for my 3rd annual Vendor Event!

Next Saturday, August 20th, I am doing my 3rd annual vendor event...it is a great way to get people together to start their holiday shopping early, hang out with the girls and get to meet some awesome vendors, both handmade and direct sell.
